Early Cildhood Education

Globalization touches all aspects of life today exposes the entire community into a new era, which seemed no distance.

And based on that matter, children are being expected actively developing themselves potentially and also having the spiritual strength of religious, self-control, personality, intelligence, morality, and the skills.

Be focused on the potential of this child in the first three years of his life. The period of the golden age is a very important period, where the potential of intelligence and basic behaviors formed during this period, which is believed if the child is constituted with this, it will produce a generation of quality.

There are many concepts and facts that are found provide to explanation of a golden period in early childhood, in which all the potential of children is growing most rapidly. Some concepts are juxtaposed with the early childhood is a period of exploration, the identification / imitation, the sensitive, the play and the trozt alter

And at this period, we should begin to applicating various pillars of education, such as learning to know, learning to do, learning to be, dan learning to live together.

As a means of learning ,is obtained by studying a lot of things. Supported by the pleasure that can be obtained from the understanding, knowledge and discovery. From this point of view, then all children are required for getting a decent education.

However, because knowledge is wide and capable of almost infinite development, any attempt to know everything becomes more and more futile. In fact, after the stage of basic education, the idea became a multi specialist subject is only an illusion.

The process of improving the ability of concentration can take different forms and can be helped by different learning opportunities that arise in the course of life.
How do we adopting education as to equipping people to do the kind of work needed in the future?
The main concept is now one of the "personal competence".

Personal competence is assessed by looking at the mix of skills and talents, combining certified expertise gained through technical and vocational training, social behavior, personal initiative and willingness to take risks.

This type of personal competence involving congenital or acquired qualities are very subjective, often referred to as "people skills" or "interpersonal skills", combined with the knowledge and skills for another job.

Jean Piaget (1972) suggested about how children learn: "Children learn through interaction with its environment. Children should be able to conduct his own experiments and research. Teachers can guide children by providing appropriate materials, but most importantly so that children can understand something, he must develop an understanding of itself, and he must find his own.

"Lev While Vigostsky believes that: the experience of social interaction is important for the development of the child's thinking process. High mental activity in children can be formed through interactions with others. Learning will become a meaningful experience for the child if he can do something about the environment.

Howard Gardner's multiple intelligences in the state of human development is divided into: bodily kinesthetic intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, naturalistic intelligence, intelligence logiko - mathematical, visual intelligence - spatial, musical intelligence.

Thus the development of human thinking ability is related to brain structures, whereas the structure of the brain itself dipengaruhioleh stimulation, health and nutrition provided by the environment so that the appropriate role of education for young children is needed.
